Colour is used as a form of communication. Since the dawn of life colour has been used
to manipulate other lifeforms in their actions. This could be like in the case of plants,
eat me so you can spread my seeds. Insects use it as a defensive mechanism and birds use
it to attract mates. So it's no surprise that there has become a language of colour as
life has evolved. This understanding is quite personal to the species but can have general
meaning. Those in marketing are aware of this language and developed an understanding on
how to use it to help with sales. Colour is so much more and in these sections we will
attempt to break it down a bit more.
